Road bike tour in Gasteinertal
Half-day tour: From Bruck to Taxenbach and Lend. In Lend, at the large junction (watch out for traffic), turn off into the Gastein Valley. Follow this literally until you hit a bump in the back to turn round at Böckstein. The highest point of this tour is reached at the Böckstein at 1,131 metres. Take the same route back to the starting point. As you are already in the Gastein Valley, you should combine this tour with a visit to the thermal baths - your tired legs will thank you!
